How does coaching work?

After your consultation call, you'll be assigned a head coach who will develop a personalised training plan, customised nutrition plan and provide support and accountability to help you achieve your goals. Our team meet each week to discuss clients and input on training plans and nutrition goals together to ensure each athlete has a 360 degree approach to their training.

What does 1 to 1 coaching include?

Personalised training program

Your training program will be written for you based on your goals, the number of days you can train, your fitness ability, equipment, duration and what our coaches think you should work on to get the best results.

Personalised nutrition

You will be given a bespoke meal plan with tailored calories and macronutrients. This plan will contain recipes tailored to dietary preferences and lifestyle habits, which are monitored and tracked weekly during our 1:1 check ins.

Form analysis

You can send videos of your form and technique for feedback.

Accountability & support (check-ins)

To ensure you reach your goals through fortnightly 1:1 check ins with your coach. This is all delivered via an easy to use app

Performance Strategy

Leading up to your race or competition your coach will help you define a race day strategy tailored to your strengths including tapering, carb-loading, station break downs and equip you with the support you need to smash your race.
